This Chicken Quinoa Mediterranean Bowl has so many of my favorite things: creamy hummus, delicious grilled chicken, feta cheese, and a homemade tzatziki sauce; it tastes almost identical to my favorite Panera mediterranean bowl. It comes together quick and it's SO filling! One of my favorite easy lunch recipes to meal prep!

⅔ cupfeta cheese

40kalamata olives
diced, 10 per serving

½ cuphummus

fresh mint
Chopped, optional garnish

1 cupchickpeas
optional add-in, 1/4 cup per serving

1 cupplain greek yogurt

½ cupcucumber
seeded, finely grated and drained

2cloves garlic
finely minced

1 teaspoonlemon zest

1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice

1 tablespoonsfresh dill
chopped
