Instructions
Step 1
First, boil a pot of water over high heat. Add the dry soba noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
Immediately drain and rinse in cold water until noodles have cooled down. Transfer the noodles to an ice bath and prepare the rest of the meal.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine water and tsuyu soup base. In another small bowl, add sliced green onion.
Step 4
Transfer the cold soba noodles to a plate and top with nori strips.
Step 5
Add as many green onions as desired to the dipping broth. Then, use chopsticks to dip cold soba noodles into the broth, then eat.
