Crockpot Creamy Coconut Chicken Tikka Masala

Delicious

Served over brown rice. Did half chicken and added squash to get to weight of chicken called for. Skipped the spicy butter topping due to low spice tolerance in the house. Flavor was good but lacking when ready to serve. Added additional salt and some lime juice which rounded the flavor profile out nicely! It was delicious! Accidentally added parsley instead of cilantro. It worked, and cilantro would have been nice.

Kid friendly without adding spicy butter sauce. My 3 yr old son liked it. My husband was a big fan. SUPER EASY. Made it again!! I used store-bought chili garlic oil instead. I also added matchstick carrots, lime juice, chickpeas and spinach. 🤤

Love it! I would increase all the spices a tad.

This is one of my favorites I did hold back on the spices.

I did add raisins because i love raisins in my tikka masala but other than that, I followed the recipe and it was SO good. Served with coconut rice which paired amazing with the tikka masala.

A little bland at the end, we added a fair amount of salt and a bit of sugar.

For veggie version use: cauliflower and chickpeas

Good flavour but needed some extra sweetness so added a sprinkling of canderel. Other than that, recipe followed. Didn’t make the chilli butter.
