First, I just want to point out to anyone considering making this that the actual instructions are on a website located behind a pay wall. I was able to grab screen shots of the instructions quickly. This recipe could have used at least 50% more mushrooms. The water instead of vegetable broth was also strange to me and would have left this pretty flavorless. I used half the water and decided to toss in a can of light coconut milk for added richness. It came out so good, but it is a light meal. I served it with a baked potato on the side, and we got full.
