minced, remove seeds and ribs

2 teaspoonsdried oregano
or Italian seasoning blend

2 teaspoonschili powder
reduce to 1 teaspoon for less spicy chili

1 tablespoonground cumin

3garlic cloves
minced

or light brick-style, at room temperature
