I halved the recipe with two chicken breast and cubed after cooking. When I cook tomatoes I always add a tad of sugar. Spicy but not over the top. Finished off in the oven, as I don't have a pan with a good fitting lid and splashes all over hob. Sprinkled with parmesan from a shop brought tub. Very tasty for summer.
