Salt & Pepper Chicken Flatbread
Salt & pepper chicken flatbread!!! To make this for 2 people you will need:
1 large or 2 small chicken breasts sliced
1 red pepper sliced
1/2 red onion sliced
3 tbsp salt & pepper seasoning (I got mine from
)
3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves minced
2 flatbreads (I use
)
Salad
Garlic & herb sauce
Coat the chicken in the seasoning then fry off on a medium heat for 5 mins
Add the onions & pepper and fry off for another 5 mins
Add the sweet chilli, honey & garlic stir through and then turn down to a low heat until it starts to bubble & thicken up
Remove from the heat then add to the flatbreads with salad & sauce (you can just use mayo)
