Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a large pot on the stove, medium-high heat.
Step 2
When hot add garlic to golden and roast black beans without the liquid.
Step 3
Rinse bulgur wheat 2 to 3 times. Drain all the remaining liquid and toast bulgur with black beans for a few minutes.
Step 4
Then add the bean juice, water, seasoning, and stir.
Step 5
Turn temperature to low, cover, and let simmer for 12 minutes or until liquid is gone.
Step 6
Let cool before serving, then garnish with parsley and enjoy!!
