This is one of those lazy, can't be arsed I dump it all in recipe and come back to something so comforting. Perfect if you're out at work all day. 1KG of brisket will serve 6 people so you can go smaller for 4. It's a lifesaver recipe because even if you don't know what to serve it with you've so many options - potatoes, in a roll or even some pappardelle pasta.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Brown the beef briefly on the pan, soften the sliced onions
Step 2
2. Add everything into the slowcooker and cook on high for 7-8 hours. Perfect if you're out all day working
Step 3
3. Shred with tongs and serve with mash or ciabatta rolls with butter, onions and the gravy for pure heaven
Step 4
Important: If having it in a bread roll (Caked in butter)
