Instructions

Step 1
Chop zucchini thinly and cook in oil with pepper and whatever spices you want (I used some cursed potato mix)
Step 2
Add egg-milk mixture and stir constantly until it gets at least half curdled
Step 3
Shred cheese on top and fry until done under lid on medium flame
