Lightly coat potato with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse ground salt. Wrap with aluminum foil.

Bake for 45 minutes, turn off oven but do not remove potato.
Step 4
Add a little olive oil to a cast iron pan and heat on high. Cook steak 3 minutes on each side.
