Instructions
Step 1
Obtain large pot and saucepan.

Step 2
Fill pot with 4 quarts water and bring to a boil. Add salt and olive oil to water, season to taste.

Preheat saucepan now if desired, over medium-high heat. Cube chicken into roughly 1" pieces, trimming fat as desired.

Add noodles to pot once water is boiling. Cook for 9-11 minutes, or until tender.

Step 5
Over medium-high heat, transfer cubed chicken to saucepan. Cook for 4-6 minutes, then drain juices from pan.

Once juices are drained, season chicken with salt, pepper, pesto and any other seasoning you would like. Cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked through.

Drain noodles from pot, then return to pot. Remove both pot and saucepan from heat. Plate and serve in bowls.
