Instructions
Step 1
Set aside several whole basil leaves for serving. Using a sharp knife, chop the remaining basil leaves.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine chopped basil, oil, vinegar, and pepper. Add cheese balls to herb-oil mixture, tossing gently until cheese is well coated.
Step 3
Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 5 days.
Step 4
Add tomatoes; toss to coat. Transfer to a serving dish and top with the reserved whole basil leaves. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
