Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Place the sliced peppers and onions on a greased sheet pan.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, lime juice, and spices. Mix until the chicken is well coated and then place the chicken on the sheet pan. Bake the chicken and veggies for 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 3
Serve in a bowl of lettuce and rice or in tortillas. Garnish and enjoy.
