Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions, celery & carrots, and peel garlic and add to crock pot. Place chicken on top of veggies. Add salt & pepper and 1/2- 1 cup white wine(optional). Add enough stock to cover chicken. About 4 cups. Cook for 4 hours on high.
Step 2
Take chicken out to cool, then shred chicken. Add 1 cup butter or margarine to a large pot. Add 1 cup flour and make a roux. Gradually whisk in all the stock from the crockpot. Add enough soy sauce to taste. Add the veggies and chicken to the gravy. Salt and pepper to taste.
