Chia Pudding

I love Chia Pudding and I want to share this recipe with you. Chia Pudding on it's own is great, but with other things added in, it's even better!

Instructions

To make the Chia Pudding base:

Using (either) a weighing scale or measuring spoons/cups, put the chia seeds into a container (plastic/glass) with a sealed lid. Then measure out the milk and pour it in with the chia seeds.

Step 2
Add the Honey/Syrup then mix it all together and make sure there are no visible seeds stuck to the bottom or sides of the container.

Put it in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. Take it out and mix again, it should start to feel slightly thicker. Mix till chia seeds are fully spread around and put it back into the fridge. After about 20-30 minutes, mix it one last time and set it in the fridge for a few hours or leave overnight for thicker consistency. (NOTE: If your container has a liquid proof lid then you can shake the mixture instead if the seeds aren't stuck to the sides)

Now the fun part. You can make any kind of Chia Pudding dessert. Strawberry, Blueberry, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Granola, Oats. Have fun with it. This recipe makes 6 portions so you can make 6 different Chia desserts!
