Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken in soy, cornstarch and sesame oil then cook 80% and remove from heat
Step 2
Scramble eggs in wok and remove
Step 3
Cook onions and veg then add rice. Make sure rice is all warmed before adding sauces. Re-add chicken and eggs and add bean sprouts
Step 4
Put shoaxing wine around edges of wok at the end. Add shallots and chilli
