Ingredients
10 servings
1 lbElbow noodles
uncooked and rinsed, I prefer Large elbow noodles but you can use 1lb normal elbow noodles if preferred
2 ½ cupsmilk
I use 2% but you can use what you'd like
12 ozcan evaporated milk
3 cupsMedium Cheddar
Shredded
1 ½ cupsshredded mozzarella
1 x 8 ozcream cheese
1 cupheavy whipping cream
2 teaspoonssalt
or to taste
1 teaspoonblack pepper
or to taste
2 teaspoonsonion powder
or to taste
2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
or to taste
¼ cupbutter
cut into cubes
3 canstuna
drained, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Dump everything but the butter in the pot and mix well, make sure noodles are submerged then top with the butter bits. Put the lid on and cook for 45 minutes on high or 1:15 on low. I usually check mine and stir at around the 30 minute mark but you don't have to check it if you don't want to. Cooking times vary so check your noodles to see how cooked they are and if necessary cook in additional 15 minute increments until noodles are done. Serve and enjoy!!
