Instructions
Step 1
Prepare white rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high. Season ground beef with salt and pepper, then add to pan and cook, breaking up with a spatula, until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
When browned, add snap peas, basil leaves and garlic. Cook 2 minutes, then add soy sauce and cook 1 minute more.
Step 4
Spoon ground beef mixture over white rice, top with coconut flakes and drizzle with lime juice.
