Instructions

Step 1
In blender, mix spinach, cannellini beans and their juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pan fry garlic and chilli, then add gnocchi and saute until golden.
Step 3
Pour in sauce and simmer for a couple minutes.
Step 4
To serve, top with a blob of cheese, lemon zest, and olive oil.
