Ingredients

Boil the Rice
Layering
850gGranulated Sugar
1 cupGhee
½ cupMilk
½ cupWater
i used 1 cup milk rather milk
1 cupKhoya
½ cupTutti fruitti
asrafiyan
Yellow food colouring
Red, Green
0.5kgChum chum
Fry Nuts
Instructions
Step 1
Add green cardamoms, cloves and lemon slices in a big pot of water and bring to boil. Add washed and soaked rice and boil completely.
Step 2
In a pan add 1/4 cup of ghee and pistachios, cashew, coconut slices, raisins, blanched almond and fry for 2/3 minutes. Take out and set aside.
Step 3
In a big pot, add ghee, sugar , milk & water. Cook until sugar is fully dissolved.
Step 4
Add boiled rice , half fried nuts and half of khoya. Cook until water is almost dries up.
Step 5
Drizzle food colour, add tutti fruitti, khoya, and nuts on top.
Step 6
Cover and steam for 20 minutes on medium flame.
Step 7
Remove the lid. Mix and serve.
Step 8
Add chum chum while serving. Enjoy!
