Step 1

Chop your tofu.


Step 2

Marinate your tofu in 1 tsp sriracha, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, half a tsp baking soda, pinch of salt. Toss everything to ensure the tofu is well coated.





Step 3

In a separate bowl prepare your sauce (100g honey, 2 tbsp sriracha, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp minced ginger, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornstarch). Mix mix mix.







Step 4

Chop green beans and spring onion.



Step 5

Cook your tofu for about 5-7 minutes. Add your veg and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add your (ready to pan fry) noodles and your prepared sauce. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes so the sauce soaks up.
