vegan 'BIG MAC' sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside
Step 2
'Smash' some vegan ground beef onto your flour tortilla, spreading it thin and all the way to the edges.
Step 3
Heat some oil in a large frypan. Pan fry the tortillas, mince-side down until mince is fully cooked. Flip and turn the heat to low, placing a slice of vegan cheese on top. Spray with some water and place the lid on to allow the cheese to melt slightly. Repeat with all the tortillas until cooked.
Step 4
Once cheese is melted, place onto a plate and top with pickles, onion, shredded lettuce and big mac sauce! Enjoy!
