Instructions
Beef filling
Step 1
Dice the onion and bell pepper and mince the garlic and red chili.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the onion and fry for 1/2min.

Now add the bell pepper and fry for about 2min.
Step 4
Add the seasoning, garlic, chili and ground beef. Mix until well combined and fry for about 3min.
Taco cones
Step 5
Roll the wrap into a cone. Attach it to the side with a long chess skewer or several toothpicks. Fill the tortilla cone with aluminum foil so that it keeps its shape

Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the tortilla cone until crispy and golden brown on all sides.

Dice the tomato.
Step 8
Place the tortilla cone in a large glass or jar.

Fill it with half the meat filling.

Then add the tomato.

Add the rest of the meat filling.

Finally top it with the tortilla chips and drizzle on the cheese sauce.
