Instructions
Step 1
Blend the chile ingredients in a blender and strain into a pot with 14-16 cups of water (less water if you want it more spicy). Once boiling, add corn.

Step 2
After corn has been boiling for 25-30 minutes, add your carrots. Boil for 5 minutes then add the tilapia & zucchini.
If adding celery or potato, add now.





Step 3
After 15-20 minutes of boiling the zucchini (might take a little for the water to boil again), add the shrimp and crab.


Step 4
After stirring everything together, turn the burner off. add cilantro and serve with avocado, hot sauce, lime juice, and saltine crackers.
