Instructions

Step 1
Blend the chile ingredients in a blender and strain into a pot with 14-16 cups of water (less water if you want it more spicy). Once boiling, add corn.

Step 2
After corn has been boiling for 25-30 minutes, add your carrots. Boil for 5 minutes then add the tilapia & zucchini. If adding celery or potato, add now.

Step 3
After 15-20 minutes of boiling the zucchini (might take a little for the water to boil again), add the shrimp and crab.

After stirring everything together, turn the burner off. add cilantro and serve with avocado, hot sauce, lime juice, and saltine crackers.
