Lobster Roll w/ Spicy Butter Dipping sauce

This Lobster roll is packed with flavor & it tastes so good! Now I used lobster tail meat because I personally only prefer the tail from a lobster. I do not like claw meat etc.. but you can use what you wish! Also to make it easier you can just buy precook lobster meat and skip the first step and just dice it in butter, whatever suits your boat. & NO i DID NOT USE MAYO🤮

Spicy Butter Sauce
Instructions
Lobster Meat
Step 1
1. Cut lobster shell and remove meat from the shell. Rinse off any excess dirt, poop, etc… then lightly season lobster with paprika, Tony’s Creole Seasoning, and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 2
2. Cook in air fryer for 6 mins at 350 or bake at 450 degrees for 10 mins. Once finished cut lobster meat in fine pieces and turn pan on low/ warm heat & toss meat in 2 tbsp of butter with a grilled lemon. Squeeze lemon juice on top of meat and continue to mix in with butter for about 2 minutes and drizzle with diced chives. Set aside.
Butter Sauce
Step 3
1. Bring pan to a boil and add in everything listed, boil butter sauce for about 1-2 mins and mix thoroughly
Brioche Bun/ Plating
Step 4
Place bun front side up and cut a small slit into bun and take a small amount of bread out of the slit to create a small pocket to fill up with the lobster meat.
Step 5
Toast bun in a pan on medium heat with a bit of butter until bun toast & crisped up.
Step 6
Fill bun up with lobster meat , sprinkle with chives. & serve on the side with butter sauce ENJOY
