Ingredients
6 servings

9 ozcheese tortellini
package

2 x 14.5 ozchicken broth

10 ozlight Alfredo pasta sauce

2 cupschicken
roasted
½ cupoil-packed dried tomato strip
drained

2.5 ozfresh baby spinach

Shaved Parmesan cheese
or shredded
Instructions
Step 1
In a 4quart Dutch oven cook tortellini according to package directions; drain in colander
Step 2
In the same Dutch oven, combine broth and pasta sauce. Stir in chicken and dried tomatoes. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in cooked tortellini and spinach. Cook for 1-2 minutes or just until tortellini is heated through and spinach wilted. If desired top with cheese.
