Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 330°F. Lightly coated 2 quart square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/3 cup of the pasta sauce into the prepare dish. Top with two of the lasagna noodles combine ricotta cheese, and one cup of mozzarella cheese; spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Top with half of the sweet pepper strips and ground beef. Perhaps the remaining pasta sauce over the ground beef.
Step 2
Top with two more noodles, the remaining cheese mixture, and the remaining sweet pepper strips. In the last two noodles. Spoon the remaining pasta sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Lightly coat a sheet of foil with cooking spray. Cover lasagna with foil, coded side down. Baking preheated oven for 15 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 20 minutes before serving. Makes 4 to 6 main dish servings.
