Ingredients

8 ozGround beef
ground pork, ground chicken, or ground turkey
½ cupchopped onion
1 x 15 ozlight red kidney beans
can, black beans, or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 x 11 ozcondensed nacho cheese soup

⅓ cupsalsa
Bottled
8tostada shells
1 CupShredded Taco Cheese
shredded lettuce
tomatoes
Chopped or wedged

Instructions
Step 1
In a 10 inch skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain; discard. Stir beans, soup, and salsa into beef mixture . Heat through.
Step 2
Divide beef being mixture among tostada shells. Top with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. If desired, serve with Greek yogurt or avocado dip. Makes four servings.
