Instructions

Step 1
Preheat cast iron skillet on stove with a little olive oil. Cut lamb (beef or venison work too) into strips and put in pan. Cook until partially done and then add seasonings to taste and the onion. When the meat is done and onions are soft, add the peppers and cook until just softened. Serve with rice, tortillas, and sour cream.
