Fruit pizza
Fruit pizza easy light tasting summer dessert. Any flavour yogurt works, for plain add more sugar. Most fruit works but citrus will leak into the yogurt leaving puddles. Tastes nice but not as aesthetic.

Step 1
Bring butter to room temperature. Dry ingredients together then combine with butter egg and vanilla. Press into greased pie dish and bake at 350°F for approx 20 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool. Meanwhile beat cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth (if mixing by hand use room temp cream cheese or it will be hard to get smooth). Spread on cookie base. Top with sliced fruit in a nice pattern. Cover with plastic wrap & Refrigerate until ready to serve.
