Preheat your oven to 250˚ F. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix completely until a soft dough forms. This recipe should yield 45 treats. Each treat will require about 1 tbsp. of dough. If you'd like to cut out shaped biscuits, you can roll the dough out on a floured surface until it's about 1/4″ thick. I took the easy way out and used the dough to fill mini muffin tins. You could also use small silicone molds. Bake the treats for about 3 hours. They should be completely dried out before you remove them from the oven. Your dog should only receive one of these treats per day. Homemade dog treats have no preservatives, so it's best to store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container. These treats should keep for about 2 weeks this way. You can also freeze them in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
