small, rough chopped
2 clovesgarlic

2 tablespoonschampagne vinegar
2 tablespoonslemon juice
fresh squeezed
½ cupextra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoonsalt
1 pinchred pepper flakes
Instructions
For the Salad
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Then toss with Vinaigrette.
For the Vinaigrette
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a small food processor or blender and puree.
