Step 1
1 Brown sausage in pan, when near cooked add onion and salt/pepper; cook 3m before adding garlic and spinach, cook for 1m, move off heat; drain excess fat.

2 In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream

3 Add parmesan and sausage mixture; thoroughly mix

4 Preheat oven to 350f

5 Stuff bell peppers with mixture and cover with mozzarella cheese

6 Bake 30m or until cheese is browned
