3 LbsChicken Breasts Garlic Salt

2eggs

0.25 CWater
Cornstarch Sauce

1.5 CSugar
1CVinegar

2 TbsSoy Sauce

1 CKetchup
Instructions
Step 1
1. Sprinkle garlic salt over raw chicken breasts
Step 2
2. Mix eggs + water and dip chicken in mixture
Step 3
3. Cover chicken with cornstarch and fry on medium heat
Step 4
4. Combine sauce ingredients in pot and stir till sugar dissolves
Step 5
5. Place chicken breasts on cookie sheet and cover with sauce
Step 6
6. Cook at 325 for 1 hour
