Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook rice (preferably earlier in the day so it’s cold).
Step 2
2. Preheat skillet to medium high heat and pour sesame oil, add onion, peas, carrots, and snow peas. Fry until tender.
Step 3
3. Slide veggies to the side and pour beaten eggs onto other side. Use a spatula to scramble eggs and mix them with veggies.
Step 4
4. Add rice and mix in soy sauce.
Step 5
5. Garnish with green onions.
