Instructions
Step 1
Optional step: use mustard greens to enhance the color by boiling for 45 seconds and blend with a bit water
Step 2
Blend ingredients with little water and oil. Combine the mustard greens. Saute until water evaporate
Step 3
Saute chopped ingredients except green chili. Set aside then scramble the egg
Step 4
