Step 1
in a pan add the sesame oil and let it heat up then add the chicken and fry it till its fully cooked
Step 2
after the chicken is cooked, add the carrots and kimchi and let that fry for like 2 mins
Step 3
add the gochujang and stir before adding the rice and the kimchi brine
Step 4
now stir until everything is well combined
Step 5
after that put everything to the side of the pan and crack an egg
scramble the egg on the side until its mostly cooked and then mix it with the rice
Step 6
top it with the shredded mozzarella and mix
