Step 1
Begin by dicing a few strips of kimchi. Set aside.

Dice your spam into cubes.
Step 3
Chop 1/4 of an onion along with green onions.
Step 4
Heat up your pan and drizzle 2-3 Tbsp of oil. Then, toss in your green onions and spam.

Cook for 2 mins on medium heat.
Step 6
Next, add chopped onions, diced kimchi, and a 1/2 a Tbsp of minced garlic

Next, add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2 Tbsp of sugar. Mix.

Then, add in your rice and make sure all the ingredients are mixed together.

Flatten your rice with a spatula and drizzle sesame oil on top.

Next, sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese on top until the rice is covered.
Step 11
Cover with foil and turn to low heat. Leave for 2 minutes until the cheese starts melting.
Step 12
While you are waiting for the cheese, fry your egg on a different pan.
Step 13
Top off with roasted seaweed, fried egg, and green onions!
