Instructions
Step 1
In a sauce pan, over medium heat add tomato paste and water. Stir until fully combined.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, sugar and onion powder.

Bring mixture to a low boil.

For a thicker soup, create a slurry with corn starch and cold water. Mix with boiling liquid and stir vigorously to combine.
Step 5
Remove from heat then slowly add milk as your stir constantly.
Step 6
Top with parsley or basil if you want something green.
