Step 1
Heat oven to 200°C
Step 2
Cut sweet potatoes with skin on and onions in wedges. Dress with oil, pepper, salt and paprika and place on a baking tray. Cook for 20-25mins until the potatoes are soft but firm enough to hold their shape
