Step 1
Heat Smoker to 250. When smoke runs clear, smoke peppers, shallots and garlic for 1-2 hours until soft, crispy and colored
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
If too liquidy, strain the sauce into a bowl. Then you can add liquid back to desired consistency and use remaining liquid as marinate
