1onion
chopped

5 clovesgarlic
minced

2stalks celery
finely chopped

1 ½ cupscarrot
finely chopped

Spaghetti noodles

2 Tbspolive oil

0.5 lbground pork

0.5 lbground beef

Bolognese sauce
Classico, or any tomato sauce

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

2 tspitalian seasoning

¼ cupparmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Chop all of your veggies.
Step 2
Get a medium saucepan and put it on medium heat. Add in your oil.

Step 3
Put your pasta water on and cook your pasta per the package instructions.

Step 4
Add in the onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté until soft. This should take around 4-5 minutes.



Step 5
Once the veggies have softened, add in the garlic. Were only going to let it sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Step 6
Add in the meat. Cook the meat until completely cooked.


Step 7
Once the meat is cooked, add in the sauce. Add in the seasonings.







Step 8
Serve over cooked pasta. Enjoy!
