Instructions
Step 1
Heat a skillet on medium high heat.
Step 2
Add half of the egg whites (all of them for a larger crêpe) and cook until the bottom browns.
Step 3
Flip the crêpe and cook until the other side begins to brown. Remove and put on a plate.
Step 4
Fill the crêpe with any cut fruit and fold over. Serve.
