Pasta Salad is a staple in this house when the weather gets warm. I love the versatility of it. I throw everything but the kitchen sink in them during the summer. From hard boiled eggs ,cheese ,bacon or chicken to countless fresh veggies from the garden. The sky is the limit with this salad. There are three ingredients in the dressing; mayonnaise, lemon juice and fresh ground pepper. It can't get any easier and better than this! Enjoy!
