Crispy Chickpeas
3 steps

Warning: this snack is highly addictive. I found myself eating an entire can of chickpeas in one sitting! The beauty of this snack is how versatile it is. It's delicious on its own, but also I incorporate it into many of my other recipes. I add it to salads, breakfast bowls, you name it. So once my luteal phase rolls around, I always have these ready to go.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Start by draining, rinsing, and drying your chickpeas. In the drying process, the skin of the chickpeas will come off - if you have the patience, remove them, but it's not necessary. Move the dried chickpeas into a medium mixing bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix together and then pour onto a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes!
