Instructions
Step 1
Start by adding your chopped chicken into a large mixing bowl, along with 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 Tbsp onion powder, 1/2 Tbsp paprika, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp turmeric. Mix to coat.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook your chicken. Once your chicken is cooked through, and has a nice color on the outside, remove it from the heat and set it aside.

3. While your chicken is cooking, start your pasta. Be sure to remove the cheese packets from the box and set them aside. Once your pasta is cooked, strain it and return it to the pot.

4. In the pot with your cooked pasta, add in your cheese packets that came with the pasta and 1 cup of milk. Mix well.
Step 5
5. Once your cheese sauce is mixed into your pasta, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Step 6
6. Taste your mac & cheese and add salt and pepper to preference.
Step 7
7. Portion your mac & cheese out into your meal containers and top with your cooked chicken.
