Preheat oven to 400

Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes

Gather 3 plates/bowls. In one put flour, another the eggs and water, and the last the breadcrumbs and flax. Season each to taste.

Coat chicken cubes: flour, egg, breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Place coated nuggets on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
Step 6
Spray nuggets with cooking oil.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Dip in sauce of choice and enjoy!
