You can make this with 4 basic ingredients, but the more "optional" things you add the more flavors there are! Super customizable for the individual!

Ingredients

1white flour tortilla

cooking spray
or oil

Pizza sauce
or seasoned tomato or alfredo sauce

Italian herb blend
Optional
salt free garlic blend
Optional
dehydrated chives
Optional

shredded cheese
Optional or sliced

meat
Optional toppings, like, or produce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°/218°C

Step 2
Spray the tortilla with cooking spray/oil the tortilla

Apply 2 eating teaspoons of pizza sauce or seasoned tomato sauce spread out with the back of a spoon. (Add more for larger or burrito soft shells)

Step 4
Add the Garlic blend, the Italian blend of herbs, & chives as desired (I added a pinch or two of each to 8-10" shells)

Add shredded cheese in a flat layer or flat cheese slices in a + shape, & fold 2 cheese slices in half to make 🔺triangles🔻to fill in the gaps around the edges; leave about half an inch or 1 cm gap around the edge to the start of the cheese

Step 6
add any topping liked (watch what you pair with what kinds of sauce, not all toppings go with all sauces!)

Slide the pie from the working station (I use the back of a cooking sheet) to the rack of the preheated oven, & bake for 5 min.

Step 8
Using an oven safe spatula, I pull out the pie onto an eating surface to let cool before eating.
