Fry onion

Toast rice for 1 min and add garlic powder and paprika

Add stock and coconut milk, plus a bit of boiling water. Simmer for 10min
Step 4
Add butter beans, simmer 3mins, add tenderstem broccoli and put lid on pan to steam for 7min
Step 5
Add in basil, tomatoes and peas. Cook for further 3min
Step 6
Squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper then serve
